Serving Temperature Of Tea

Our human palate is much more sensitive to moderately warm beverages than to very hot ones. Therefore it is recommended that you maintain patience to allow the tea to cool until you can comfortably touch the cup; if the cup is too hot, the tea is too hot to drink.

Tea Cups

Tea, of course, can be served in any kind of heat-resistant cup or mug. Personally I prefer using china tea cups as it does enhance the beauty of the tea and makes the affair much more elegant.
